From there I will begin building a homebuyer database for your home. Fielding phone calls and emails, setting up showings, holding open houses, and fielding questions from buyers and realtors alike. This takes up an extraordinary amount of time. I don’t know about you, but the average homeowners work at least one full-time job, most married couples work two, leaving very little time for doing all this additional work.

Then comes all the submission of offers. What will you do when you receive offers on your home if you’re doing this on your own?  Do you know what to access? Which offer is best?
