Common Areas

The Homeowner’s Declaration preserves approximately 52 acres of common grounds of nature, wildlife, trails, wetlands, and greenways, so occupant's have ample opportunity for exercise and can look forward to a variety of outdoor activities.

The two lakes within Woodbine Park Prairie Estates provide ample opportunity for outdoor recreation throughout the year. Canoeing, fishing, swimming, ice skating and hockey are just a few of the activities community members may experience.

In addition to exercise opportunities, the lakes are central to the natural beauty of Woodbine Park Prairie Estates. Enjoy scenic walks along the lakes, basking in the warm glow of morning sunshine, or the romantic twinkling moonlight.

Whatever your pleasure, the lakes will remain a protected common area for the enjoyment of the Woodbine community.

Beach House

Sitting on the east shore of one of the lakes is the community Beach House, which will be open to all members of the Woodbine community. The Beach House provides a natural launch point for small boats and canoes and a great change and storage area for swimmers and skaters.

Field of Dreams

Yes, Woodbine Park Prairie Estates has it's very own Field Of Dreams!  Whether it’s an organized league, a fun game with neighbors, a parent-child private lesson or a pick-up game with friends, The Field of Dreams is designed to promote healthy living through America’s favorite pastime.
